It’s your online home.
And as people DO tend to judge a book by its cover, they’ll also judge your business based on your website.
If your messages don’t resonate with your visitors, they’ll close the tab faster than you can say “sign up for my newsletter pleaaase”.
But with killer copy …
Even while you’re fast asleep …
It can give your ideal clients the feeling that they’ve landed in the right place.
And your not-so-ideal clients an easy way to spot that this is not for them so they won’t waste your precious time.
It can lead visitors on a journey through your business and what you have to offer.
So they’re excited to give you their email address, to book a call with you, or to punch in their credit card details to snatch your offer.
And it can be a place where your clients are compelled to go back to again and again for more useful information.
When I write your website, I incorporate these 3 crucial elements…
Have you ever noticed that we mostly remember how something was said – as in the personality and the tone. It’s one of the things that separates you from your competition. By letting your personality shine through, we can help people connect with your brand and feel closer to you. That’s when they’re more likely to convert.
Let’s not make some hasty assumptions, shall we? Before I put words on the page, I spend time getting to know your business, and most importantly, your prospect’s pain points, desires, and objections. That’s mission-critical because we want to meet your prospects where they are and join the conversation that’s already happening in their heads.
Icky-meets-pushy messages have no place in my copy. With the right techniques, we can persuade in subtle ways, coaching your prospects to say “yes” to your offer. They will feel confident about making the right decision – and no immediate regret after buying.
Wait, there’s more…
Copy and design are like Holmes and Watson – they perform at their best only together. Great design will help let your copy shine and lead the reader through your site. To make sure that design mistakes don’t derail your conversion, I’ll provide suggestions on how to lay out the copy on each page.
Not gonna lie – I obviously can’t guarantee that your site is going to perform. It’s a learning process. I’ll stick around for the first results and happily provide ideas for testing different elements on the pages. With what we learn, we can further improve and increase your conversions.
And with it comes ….
We’ll schedule a call to get to know each other and discuss the details … like which pages your new website needs. Once the quick and simple admin stuff is out of the way, we’ll proceed to the next step.
That’s when I dig into your business, your brand voice, and your audience to set a solid foundation for your website copy. Before moving on, I’ll share my findings with you, so we’re on the same page.
Now, I’ll retreat into my copy cave to craft the different pages for your website. Once done, I’ll share the copy with you for your uncensored feedback. Of course, there’s room for tweaks and revisions. And when you’re happy with it, it’s time for the final step.
That’s when you implement the copy on your site. I’ll hang around to provide feedback on the design, answer any questions that you may have, and hear about the first exciting results.
